How our product links work
Understand optional product suggestions, affiliate commissions and the difference between a research reference and a purchase link.
What an affiliate link means
An affiliate link is a product link that may earn Sleeping Help a commission if a reader buys through it. When one is used, we state that before the article’s product recommendations and beside the relevant button. An ordinary source or manufacturer reference is not automatically an affiliate link.
Your choice comes first
A product is included only when its features are relevant to the article’s question. Buying is optional. We explain meaningful limits and include a no-purchase alternative where possible. A commission arrangement does not establish that a product improves sleep or is better than alternatives.
How we handle evidence
Research references lead to the original publication or institution. Product specifications lead to the original official page, even when a separate purchase button is an affiliate link. We do not claim hands-on tests, clinical review or brand-specific benefits without supporting work.
After you follow a partner link
Following a product button takes you to a third-party website. An active affiliate link may include a partner tracking identifier, and the destination may use its own cookies or tracking under its policies. That can happen independently of your optional analytics choice on Sleeping Help. Review the destination’s terms and privacy information before using it.
What this site records
The affiliate feature does not add tracking pixels, marketing scripts, cookies, a redirect service or a first-party click database. Optional Google Analytics has its own consent control. Partner sales, commissions and payments are handled by the partner program; this website does not currently import or display them.
When links can change
Partner links can be paused or replaced when a relationship or destination changes. Research sources remain attached to their original references. Check the seller’s current price, delivery, return and product information before buying.
